Two services. Separate agreements. Family Estate Solutions of Georgia, LLC (Buford, Georgia) will recommend only what the house actually needs, whether that is a public estate sale or a quiet sort.

Estate sale

A professionally run, open-to-the-public sale of household contents, often after a death, a move to assisted living, or a downsizing. We handle it so you do not have to welcome strangers into the home yourself.

One commission (set after our complimentary walk-through of the home) covers:

  • Marketing and photography
  • Online listings and signs
  • Email to the buyer list
  • Staging and pricing
  • Sale-day staffing
  • Settlement report

There is no booking fee, no hidden costs or fees, and no setup fee. A $650 date-hold reserves the sale dates and is fully credited against commission if the sale happens.

Who we help

  • Executors and families settling an estate, including homes going through probate. We handle the household contents. Probate itself is a legal process, and we are not a law firm.
  • Adult children with an inherited home who need the contents sold before the house is listed.
  • Homeowners who are downsizing or moving to a smaller home, closer to family, or to senior living.
  • Families who are not ready for a sale and want hourly sorting and organizing help first ($75 per hour, 4-hour minimum).

Hourly sorting and organizing (no sale)

When you need help going through a home, a room, or a storage unit, and you are not ready for a public sale, or you do not want one.

  • $75 per hour
  • 4-hour minimum
  • Separate hourly agreement
