Who we are

The legal name is Family Estate Solutions of Georgia, LLC, based in Buford, Georgia. John Young is a Georgia real estate licensee; real estate brokerage is a separate agreement with his broker. This company is estate liquidation only.

Fees on this site

Public fee language matches our internal fee sheet: $650 date-hold, one commission set after a complimentary walk-through (no charge), no booking fee, no hidden costs or fees, and no setup fee, payout within 7 days, starting the next business day after the sale, sometimes as quick as 72 hours, with a settlement report, shopper card surcharge and Easy ACH fee on tagged prices, cancellation and hourly rates as published on the fees page. A signed service agreement controls if there is ever a difference.

Shoppers

Pay for items before you disassemble, load, or move them. You are responsible for disassembly when required, loading, and moving or transporting what you buy. Family Estate Solutions of Georgia, LLC will not move or transport any customer-purchased items. All sales are final. No refunds.
